  Preserved heating and cooling vent.JPG - When this photo was taken, it was over 90 degrees outside. The building was comfortably cool with the new air conditioning. This photo shows the vent through which the heating and cooling enters the room. Although the room make look the same; with the improved wall insulation, windows and mechanical systems, this room is much more comfortable than it was in the 1900's!
