    As reported by the Manchester Union Leader, Samyn-D’Elia Architects was presented with two  awards from the NH AIA (American Institute of Architects), a Merit Award and the coveted People’s Choice Award for Commercial Projects, for their work on the Hampton Beach State Park Redevelopment.  A quote from the award states that “The jury was unanimous that this was an astounding accomplishment for Hampton Beach given the economic and political challenges associated with a public project of this scale”.  Read More…

  • Samyn-D’Elia Architects presented the 2012 NH AIA Citation Award January 27, 2012

    On January 20, 2012 Samyn-D’Elia Architects were presented the 2012 Citation Award from the New Hampshire American Institute of Architects for their design of the Holderness School student dormitory and faculty residence buildings.  These buildings also earned a Gold LEED certification for the energy efficient and sustainable building design features.    Read More..

  • Samyn-D’Elia Architects Presented with Four HBRANH Cornerstone Awards April 2, 2011

    The Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire Cornerstone Awards are presented yearly to recognize excellence in the building industry.

    On March 31, 2011, Samyn-D’Elia Architects were presented the 2011 Plan NH Merit Award for the renovation of the Flying Monkey Theater in Plymouth, NH.

  • Daniel Webster Recovery Center April 4, 2009

    NH Architects, Samyn-D’Elia Architects, worked with the Owner to design a renovation and rehabilitation plan for the historic Daniel Webster Farm.   This renovation was so successful that it earned the Plan New Hampshire Merit Award and a prestigious NH Preservation Alliance Achievement Award.  Read More…

  • Restoration of Historic Church Steeple December 11, 2008

    In the historic oceanside city of Portsmouth, NH the glowing steeple of North Church proudly displays the careful restoration recently completed.  This restoration was documented in Clem Labine’s Traditional Building magazine in the December 2008 issue and received the 2007 NH Preservation Alliance Achievement Award.
