    The New Hampshire Architect firm of Samyn-D’Elia Architects designed the expansion of the Church Landing  in Meredith, NH.  Their design celebrates the traditional exterior details of a NH lake hotel while incorporating luxury appointments inside along with the unseen elements of energy efficient building design.  Samyn-D’Elia Architects headed up the design and CCI Construction is the general contractor.   Read More..

  • Hampton Beach State Park Seashell Complex August 29, 2011

    The New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development knew that the services at the Hampton Beach State Park needed to be replaced with facilities that could meet the demands of today and bring more visitors to the state thereby having a positive impact on the economy.  They turned to the NH Lakes Region architecture firm, Samyn-D’Elia Architects to be the project architects working along with ORW Landscape Architects and Planners and Vanasse Hagen Brustlin Engineers (VHB) to  transform the existing park in two phases.  More…

  • New Hampshire Library Renovation and Addition May 29, 2011

    Pease Public Library in Plymouth, NH enjoyed decades of heavy use and steady growth in programs and services.  In 2008 a building committee hired the New Hampshire architecture firm, Samyn-D’Elia Architects, to design & draw up plans for the expansion and renovation of the library; and on May 18, 2011 the library celebrated the completion.  The project was done on time and within the budget.  Read More
