  • The Carriage House at Church Landing February 19, 2011

    Church Landing, in the Lakes Region of  NH,  has long been known for it’s superior hospitality  facilities and service. The addition of new meeting  space drew the attention of the New Hampshire  Business Review’s (NHBR) Meetings and Convention Planner for 2011. Samyn-D’Elia Architects’ design renovated a carport into the new conference room, now known as the “Carriage House”.  Conference attendees will enjoy the spacious meeting area along with all the restaurant and resort amenities offered by Church Landing. The resort has earned the title of the nation’s third “Most Romantic Hotel”.  Read More

  • Flying Monkey Theater December 29, 2010

    Dating back to the days of vaudeville, this building was in serious need of renovation.  The renovation, however, had to be completed within an exacting budget.  Working closely with the client, Samyn-D’Elia Architects provided a cost effective design that included energy efficient solutions for the theater, dining area and restaurant facilities that was awarded a 2011 Plan NH award.

  • Common Man Restaurant in Concord, NH April 11, 2000

    The New Hampshire Architectural firm of Samyn-D’Elia Architects worked with the Owner to design this two-story, 7,000 SF restaurant.  The goal was to design a modern restaurant and special event facility that appeared to be a turn-of-the-century home.
